This Privacy Policy describes how YardReach LLC ("YardReach", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our website, services, or SMS messaging program. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

SMS Messaging Program

YardReach operates an A2P 10DLC SMS messaging program for meeting booking and service-related communications. The following terms govern that program.

No Sale or Sharing of Mobile Information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors providing support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Program Description

YardReach sends meeting confirmations and reminders related to meetings you have requested or scheduled with us.

How to Opt In

You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our online opt-in form and providing your phone number. We retain a record of each opt-in (timestamp, exact consent text shown, IP address, and Privacy Policy version active at that time).

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any SMS message we send. We will send one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Message Frequency, Rates, and Carriers

You will receive approximately 2 to 8 SMS messages per month while you are an active prospect or customer. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US and Canadian wireless carriers.

Information We Collect

We collect personally identifiable information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, and postal address. We also collect SMS consent records (timestamp, consent text, IP address, and policy version) when you opt in to our messaging program.

Log Data

When you visit our site, our servers automatically receive standard information sent by your browser, including your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that may be placed on your device by a website. Our service uses cookies for authentication, session management, and analytics. You may instruct your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when one is being sent. If you do not accept cookies, some features of our service may not function correctly.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our services.
• Send meeting confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications.
• Respond to your inquiries and requests.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues.

Service Providers

We may engage third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services (for example, hosting, analytics, email delivery, and SMS delivery). These service providers have access to your personal information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Google Calendar Integration and Google API Services

YardReach offers an optional calendar integration that lets the contractors we work with connect their Google Calendar, so our scheduling team can see genuine availability before booking a consultation on their behalf. Connecting a calendar is optional and is always initiated by the calendar owner through Google's standard consent screen.

What We Access and Why

• Calendar events — we read existing events to determine when a contractor is genuinely free, and we create consultation appointments on their calendar once booked. We read event times, titles, locations, attendees, and busy/free status so that we do not double-book, so that we respect events the calendar owner has marked as free, and so that we can group nearby appointments together to reduce travel time between consultations.
• Calendar list — we read the list of calendars on the connected account so that conflicts across all of a contractor's calendars are taken into account, not only the primary one.
• Email address — to identify which account was connected.

We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Contacts. We cannot create or delete calendars, and we cannot change the sharing settings of any calendar.

Limited Use Disclosure

YardReach's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the user-facing scheduling features described above. Specifically, we do not:

• use it for serving advertisements, including personalized or targeted advertising;
• sell it, or transfer it to data brokers or information resellers;
• use it to train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models;
• transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the service you have requested, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition following your notification.

Our scheduling team views connected-calendar availability and event details as the express purpose of this integration, with your affirmative consent given at the time of connection. Outside of that purpose, we do not permit human access to Google user data except for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

Who We Share Google User Data With

We share Google user data only with service providers acting on our behalf, and only as necessary to operate the scheduling features described above:

• Nylas, Inc. — our calendar API provider. Nylas performs the OAuth authorization exchange with Google, holds the resulting access credential, and relays calendar reads and writes on our behalf. YardReach stores only an authorization identifier, never the credential itself.
• Our hosting and database providers, which operate the infrastructure the application runs on.

We do not share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, information resellers, or any third party for their own purposes. We do not sell it.

How We Protect Google User Data

• All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS).
• The access credential for your calendar is held by our calendar API provider, not by YardReach. We store only an authorization identifier, which is useless on its own.
• Calendar event content is read on demand and is not copied into our database, so there is no stored copy of your calendar to compromise.
• Access is limited to authorized YardReach scheduling personnel who need it to book consultations, and is controlled by role-based permissions with authentication required.
• Access to calendar detail is logged, and connections can be revoked by you at any time (see below), which immediately ends our ability to read your calendar.

Storage, Retention, and Deletion of Google User Data

Calendar event content is read on demand and displayed to our scheduling team at the time of use. We do not copy the contents of your calendar events into our own database.

We retain only the following, for as long as your calendar remains connected:

• An authorization identifier that lets us access your calendar (the access credential itself is held by our calendar provider, not by YardReach).
• The email address of the connected account.
• The list of calendars on that account, and which of them you selected for availability checking.
• The details of consultations we booked on your behalf.

When you disconnect your calendar — either from within YardReach or by revoking access in your Google Account — we immediately stop retrieving your data, and we delete the stored authorization identifier, connected email address, and calendar list within 30 days.

Consultation records we created on your behalf are business records of work performed. They are retained for as long as needed to meet our contractual, tax, and accounting obligations, and are deleted thereafter.

You may request deletion of the Google user data we hold at any time by emailing support@yardreach.com. We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Revoking Access

You may disconnect at any time from within YardReach, or directly through your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately ends our ability to read from or write to your calendar.

Security

We use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it from our records.

Links to Other Sites

Our service may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party site. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every site you visit.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
