## What we do
- Generate exclusive leads via Meta ads for outdoor living contractors, using the contractor's own past project photos and videos.
- Qualify every lead with an in-house, highly trained team specialized in outdoor living, never an outsourced call center.
- Optionally book pre-qualified consultations into the contractor's calendar, or hand off qualified leads for the contractor's own team to book in-house. Appointment booking is optional, not required.
- Lead types: pool construction (new build, concrete/gunite, fiberglass, vinyl), pool remodels (replaster, coping, renovation), hardscape (patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls), and outdoor living (outdoor kitchens, pergolas, cabanas, pavilions).

## Pricing
- Every client spends a minimum of $4,500/month, which covers both ad spend and our service fee.
- Pay per qualified bid (most popular): pay a service fee only after you meet the homeowner and decide to submit a bid.
- Fixed monthly fee: a flat monthly fee, best for larger companies at higher volume.
- Pay per close (select clients only): pay only when a job closes; requires $6M+/year in revenue and $10K+/month in ad spend.
